Period poverty is one of the hidden ways poverty affects menstruating people.  Many people must choose between buying menstrual products or food. Menstruation is not a luxury and hygiene should not be a privilege.

Suzanne Lively is the founder of Friendly Divas. She held the first 1st Friendly Divas Campaign the fall of 2017. Suzanne s the owner of Lively Friends, a company founded on the belief that human connections matter. Through monthly Lively Conversations events women connect deeply with themselves and others.
